Awards and Achievements
In coordination with the Young Architects Forum (YAF) a non-for profit organization and component of Springfield AIA (American Institute of Architects) Ryan created the GRN:BOX competition. The competition asks that the areas best designers collaborate and design prototype-recycling receptacles to be temporarily placed and tested in downtown Springfield. The GRN:BOX competition has been published in Go Magazine, The Springfield Business Journal, and has also been broadcast on several local networks.

Also in coordination with the YAF and AIASpringfield Ryan was part of the group that established the Springfield Foundation for Architecture. The foundation has two primary goals, to exhibit prominent work in the region and create an archive of this work to preserve the historical significance of our built environment, and to establish a mentorship between the region's young professionals and nationally recognized minds in the profession.
